1. Open the document up
2. Review the Ribbon tab and click the Restrict Editing.

4. Next, click on the box next to Allow only this type of editing in the document to the list box that will allow you to type anything.
5. Click Select who can edit the document.
6. Then click Yes, Start Enforcing Protection.
7. Start Enforcing Protection to the window to set a password, click Password.
8. Type a password into a double.
9. Click the OK button
10. Returning to the document, we see that the order of the Ribbon tabs, some will not be available.
